Indian may be the most vegetarian friendly cuisine so searching for Indian restaurants is always a good bet. We actually went here twice because the food was so delicious and reasonably priced. Our total bill for both of us with drinks was 25€. Our favourite dishes were the palak paneer (spinach and paneer curry) and chana masala (chickpea curry). Topped off with great service and friendly staff, I would definitely go back here if I got the chance.
The Bell Tavern
We were walking past this place, and as soon as the word vegetarian caught my eye, I had to check out the menu. They have two different types of vegetarian burgers here: soy-based and spicy bean so we tried them both. They were really yummy, I preferred the soy-based one but the spicy bean one was more meat-like. This was another budget friendly option with burger and chips costing 9€.

Having not had Thai food since we were in Thailand, we knew not to get our hopes up too much, but this place did a pretty good job. Ryan had Thai green curry which was just as he remembered it, and I had Pad Thai which was good, if a little too salty for my liking. They offer tofu as a meat alternative with most of the dishes. You can see their menu here.
